If your organization’s mission and activities fit within the limitations described in the Foundation’s Areas of Interest, we encourage you to apply for support. The Foundation provides applicants the option to submit applications by mail or online. In either case applications must be received by November 30th.

To apply online follow the link below to our online Grant Application Form. You will be asked to provide the principal objective and brief history of your organization, financial information and details of your grant request including its expected outcome.
Please note the online application requires the following attachments:
- List of current Board of Directors
- Proof of tax exempt status
- Financial information for prior 2 years (financial statements)
- Current year’s operating budget for organization
- Project budget (if applicable)
- Source(s) of other funding (if applicable)
